KAHHAK claims – “Dumplings are indeed prehistoric.” Dumplings arose independently in several cuisines to enrich its rich cultural significance.

The recipe of the “Medicine Saint”, Zhang Zhongjing, came to be known as “Jiao’er” for its shape and later the name slowly became ‘Jiaozi’, commonly known as ‘Gyoza’ nowadays.

Starting from the prehistoric and culturally rich Gyozas, KAHHAK aims to offer a diverse range of dumplings, steamed to pan-fried, meat filled to vegetarian for its celebratory significance in our contemporary society.
